Return Policy

We only accept exchanges
All sales are final. There are no returns. damaged or broken product during transit.

Refunds & ExchangesThere are no refunds. All sales are final. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us at contact@giasuperstar.com within 7 days of receiving the product to alert us of the damage. The email must have pictures and submit satisfactory evidence that the product was damaged or broken during transit. The damaged or broken product must be returned to us. Any products that are being exchanged due to damage during transit, must have trackable shipping with insurance. Once the damaged or broken product has been received, we will notify you of the approval and rejection of your product. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped out. 

 

Replacements 

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us at contact@giasuperstar.com within 7 days of receiving the product to alert us of the damage. Once your damaged or broken product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your product. We will also notify you of the approval and rejection of your product. If you are approved, then your replacement will be shipped out within 7 days. 

 

Shipping
You must pay for all shipping, handling and any taxes. Shipping costs vary depending on your location. Any products that are over $75CAD must have trackable shipping with shipping insurance. 

To ship a product that was damaged or broken during transit, you must contact us at contact@giasuperstar.com prior to shipping the item. Any products that are being exchanged due to damage during transit, must have trackable shipping with insurance. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement to reach you may vary.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Gia Superstar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All products over $75CAD will have trackable shipping or shipping insurance to ensure you receive your product. Upon inquiry, Gia Superstar will confirm delivery to the address provided, expected date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. Any issues with the product not being received to the customer must be investigated by the customer.
